Bhakti Zen Retreat
What Happens
Join us on a 5 day retreat into the heart of Bhakti and the stillness of Zen. This Bhakti Zen retreat offers a transformative encounter with silence and surrender.
Bhakti, the path of devotion, is said to be the simplest and most blissful path to awakening. Zen, on the other hand, is the direct, undistracted path to truth. Yet, having Bhakti without Zen, we can miss the ultimate stillness. Conversely, Zen without Bhakti can leave life dry, without celebration. The magic lies in combining the profound silence of Zen with the celebratory heart and joy of Bhakti.
As this retreat is a balance of two great lineages, we will be practicing techniques from the scripts and masters of both spiritual paths.
We will experiment with techniques of Bhakti such as Seva, Smaran, Kirtan etc. We will go in self enquiry through various Zen techniques such as Koan, Qi Gong and Zazen.

Testimonials

I was blown away by seeing how Yaahoo Baba scans your whole body like an X-ray machine and determines where the emotional stuckness is. He also makes sure that you are comfortable & understanding the whole journey. At the end of bodywork, I felt so energized with mystical energy boosting through my body. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a spiritual transformation or deep healing.

What an incredible 5 days! With Anatta Sangha and everything we felt, experienced, and learned, I found something I have been unknowingly searching for my whole life. I kept tearing up the entire journey back. I love all of you and will see you soon.

Anatta sangha is the most authentic place for transformation, for realisation of True nature, where gathering of individuals who are awakened hold the space for cultivation of Truth. Whole sangha is an epitome of love and compassion. Blessed to find such a rare sangha.
